Shipping
Custom Orders

Wholesale
If you are intersted in stocking my products I'd love to hear from you. Note that I can only support small wholesale batches at this time.
If you are intersted in in a collaboraion of sorts please feel free to touch base as I love working on unique projects with lovely people.
Care
I recommend spot cleaning only for dolls and hand washing doll clothing, laying flat to dry.
Each doll is made with love and is meant to be adored, cuddled and played with. They don't need to stay up on a shelf but gentle play is recommened for longevity and to pass along as an heirloom.
Intended for Children ages 3 and Up.
Domestic Shipping
All US orders are shipped via USPS and tracking will be included with every order. Regular orders will be shipped within 3-5 working days following receipt of purchase - not including national holidays. Made-to-order dolls (such as the fairy dolls) are shipped after produced. Please allow 2 weeks after purchase prior to shipping.
We cannot accept responsibility for lost, damaged or delayed orders caused by the postal service.
International Shipping
All international orders are shipped using standard US International Priority Mail. Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped. Please allow at least an additional 3-4 weeks shipping time for International orders.
